- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into restaurant style fries. About 1/4-1/2 inch thick (no need to remove skin).
- In a medium sized bowl, combine sweet potatoes fries, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until all fries are fully seasoned.
- Spread onto a greased pan and bake at 450° F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
