Simple, hand-cut homemade sweet potato fries seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into restaurant-style fries. About 1/4-1/2 inch thick (no need to remove the skin if you don’t want to).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine sweet potatoes fries, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until all fries are fully seasoned.
- Spread onto a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can also make this recipe in your air fryer! I recommend air frying at 400°F for 18-22 minutes or until fries reach the desired level of crispiness. Remember to always toss the fries 2-3 times during the cooking process to ensure even cooking.
