- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces champagne or prosecco
- Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne glass.
- Top with 3 oz of champagne or prosecco and serve with a lemon peel.
