Grilled Chicken Tzatziki Recipe

This grilled chicken tzatziki has quickly become a new weekly favorite of ours. Essentially seasoned grilled chicken topped with yogurt/cucumber-based tzatziki dip. My recipe inspiration is a bit of a mashup between Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisine. It's something I ultimately stumbled into because I thought the flavor combination would be really tasty—I wasn't wrong.
