BRM Tri-Color Pearl Couscous recipe made with butter, plenty of fresh lemon juice, and fresh chopped basil. The perfect summer grilling side.




  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add couscous, salt, and olive oil and return to a boil. Cover, reduce to a simmer, and cook for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain any remaining water and stir in butter and lemon juice. Once butter is fully melted, stir in basil and serve warm.


Sometimes we like to add a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese for a cheesier dish.
