Tequila & Mezcal Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1/2 ounce mezcal
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker with a cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass.


Notes

Not into mezcal? Substitute for an additional 1/2 ounce of tequila.
